The EKA® skinner is ergonomically designed to separate the skin without damaging the meat. The different shapes of the blade are provided for precision and accuracy. The skinning knife could be used by professionals as well as by households and hunters.
The EKA® skinners are available in different length to be applied according to the animal size. The quality of the material that EKA® is providing is to assure a safe and smooth performance. Our two-tone soft grip handles are made of Santoprene™, a hygienically approved material worldwide complying with the food law requirements. Feel it’s sure-grip feature is above the ordinary. The EKA® blades are made by the Swedish high-quality steel 12C27 providing an excellent stain resistance and prolonged edge retention. The sharpness and the edge durability are in perfect balance when hardened up to 58 HRC for durability and easiness in sharpening. The pronounced finger guard is ergonomically shaped for safety and confidence while operating.
Our reliable high-quality knives are very pleasant and enjoyable to use providing smooth cuts, requiring less tension and efforts keeping your hands free of strain and pain.
The EKA® knives are made for professionals by professionals. Few features to mention are the hygiene protection, all the joints are sealed and there are no gaps between the blade and the handle. The 12C27 steel is one of the best providing high corrosion-resistance and easy to clean. The Santoprene™ handle with a two-tone soft grip provides comfort and security and do not absorb grease and it has resistant to heat, shocks and abrasion.
