The vest is made from 5 mm thick, highly flexible neoprene, which works similarly to a wetsuit. It helps retain the dog's body heat and reduces the risk of hypothermia and muscle cramps during prolonged work in cold water.
Thermal insulation. The thick neoprene helps maintain body temperature, especially during prolonged exposure to cold water and low temperatures.
Additional buoyancy. Neoprene's natural buoyancy helps the dog maintain a better position in the water, reduces physical effort and makes retrieving game birds easier.
Camouflage design. The camouflage pattern helps conceal the dog's silhouette in reeds, wetlands and coastal hunting environments.
Mechanical protection. The vest helps protect the dog's chest and abdomen against sharp reeds, ice edges and other obstacles encountered during water work.
Flexible construction. The elastic material adapts to the dog's body, allowing freedom of movement when swimming, running and retrieving.
Secure fit. Wide Velcro fastenings on the back ensure a snug and stable fit during active work.

DOGTECH Retriever is suitable for retrievers, spaniels and other hunting dogs that regularly work in water. It combines thermal insulation, buoyancy and camouflage to help dogs work comfortably and efficiently in demanding hunting conditions.
Important! This vest is not designed to protect against wolf attacks or wild boar tusks. For these risks, the manufacturer offers the DOGTECH One Gen2 protective vest with additional protective modules.
To choose the correct vest size, measure your dog's chest circumference immediately behind the front legs, at the widest part of the rib cage. Use a soft measuring tape and do not pull it too tightly.
